แกงฮังเล

     แกงฮังเล หรือ แกงฮินเล เป็นอาหารไทยประเภทแกงรสชาติเค็ม - เปรี้ยว แกงฮังเลมีต้นกำเนิดจากประเทศพม่า โดยคำว่า "ฮิน" ในภาษาพม่า หมายถึง แกง และ "เล" ในภาษาพม่า หมายถึง เนื้อสัตว์ แกงฮังเลได้รับความนิยมจากชาวไทยภาคเหนือ
